Thursday

I wanted to share that I have FINALLY started making changes to my daily routine, for the sake of my health.

I have been working out (gasp!), doing yoga each day (what what!) and eating very well.

Yeah its only been this week BUT I am very excited and hopeful for this absolutely dire change in my life.
