Violet and I kept busy yesterday despite (and because of) the chaos unfolding just an hour south of us in Boston.
We spent a lot of time outside as the weather was beautiful - mid 70's! - and played very happily and calmly together.
Violet has asked a few questions in regard to the bombing in Boston but doesn't really comprehend the situation in a real way. Which is good. Her Dad and I worked hard to keep it from her.
I want to keep horror like that away from her as long as possible.
