Another really good weekend under my belt!  I got to do a couple of the things on Violet's Summer Fun List. 

It feels really good to finish a long work week with a nice weekend with my girl and my family.

I want to say that I've never been one of those people that lives for the weekends but lately, that is kind of how it goes.  I think it is probably the territory when you work for a living and I will take what I can get for now.

We went to the beach on Saturday and my sisters K and S joined us.  It was perfect New England weather as the sun wasn't too hot and the ocean wasn't too cold -- okay, it was freezing but also refreshing.

Jump!!

She would jump off the rock to splash us.

"Hi Mommy!"

We built some rock pools but the tide came in really fast.
