Thursday

I've been working on a comprehensive diet and exercise plan for weeks and weeks.

I am more than ready to begin, again:

I've been collecting, researching and creating a daily/weekly routine.

This is my diet journal, ready to fill with foodie/exercise awesomeness.

A creamy peach smoothie for breakfast this a.m. A very good start!

I have a super great support system and friends that want to exercise with me, which is SO important and appreciated.

I am on my way.
