Yes!  Just what I need: A Fun Friday Survey

 

1. What was the highlight of your week?

 

My ability to actually do a ton of yoga and exercise.  I am hoping I can keep it up!

2. Whose car were you in last?

 

My own.  My sweet Corolla, 37 MPG baby.

3. When is the next time you will kiss someone?

 

I will see my little Violet soon and I plan to plant one on her sweet face.

4. What color shirt are you wearing?

Pink and white.

5. How long is your hair?

It is getting pretty long now.  But lately, I have been thinking of getting it chopped!  Very short.  It is my favorite way to wear it.... but there are people in my life that like it long though.

6. Last thing you ate?

 

I had some veggie/barley soup from TJ's and some Granola Munch from Me and Ollie's for a dessert snack.

7. Last thing you drank?

 

Water with lemon.

8. Where is your phone?

 

Right next to me!  Always.

9. What color are your eyes?

 

Blue.

10. Are you left-handed?

 

No way!

11. Do you have any pets?

 

Yes I do.  My beloved Owen kitty, big girl Matilda kitty and a mean spirited hamster named Bluey.

12. Favorite Vacation?

 

Vacations with my family at York Beach, Maine.  I miss them.

13. What do you dislike currently?

 

Ohhhh many things... being away from Violet is pretty big.

14. What are you listening to?

 

Santigold station on Pandora.com.

15. If you could have one thing right now what would it be?

 

Food wise, I'd say a giant cinnamon dolce latte from SB.  Love wise, I'd say time with my girl.  Object wise, I'd say a sweet camera to take pictures of this lovely, sunny day.

16. What is your favorite scent?

 

Rose maybe.  Lilac too. 

17. Who makes you happiest?

 

Violet.  And my sisters.

18. What were you doing at midnight last night?

 

Ohhh how naughty!  Ha.  Just kidding.  I was sleeping.

19. When is your birthday?

 

In May. 

 

20. Who has the same phone as you?

 

No one anymore.  I have an antique at this point.

21. Last time you went swimming in a pool?

I don't even remember.  That means it is long overdue.

22. Do you read your horoscope?

Sometimes.  It is fun.

23. Where was the last place you bought something?

 

Gas station :(

24. Do you bite your nails?

 

No way.

25. Do you have any expensive jewelery?

 

Not really.  Only my wedding ring.

26. Do you have any hidden talents?

 

No.  I don't think so.  Although lately I have found that I can recite the words to most of Violet's kid songs (like Yo Gabba Gabba and Sponge Bob) even if I haven't heard them in a long while.  Is this a talent?

27. Favorite Song?

Aeroplane by Bjork.

28. Do you like to sing at all?

Yes of course.  All the time.

29. Are you an only child or do you have siblings?

 

I have four younger sisters and one older brother.

30. What was the first thing you thought when you woke up?

 

I hope Violet is feeling better today (she has been sick this week).

31. Do you drink?

 

Sometimes. But it makes sluggish, sloppy and tired the next day.  It is not my favorite thing to do for sure.

32. Know any other languages?

 

Not really.  I can pick up some spanish sometimes because I studied it my last year of college.  And I def know a few select words in french.

33. Have you ever been IN a wedding?

 

Yes.  A few times.  This past summer actually.  I was a bride's maid in my sister's wedding.

34. Who has the same birthday as you?

 

No one that cool.  Lauryn Hill and Lenny Kravitz for famous folk.

35. Ever met anyone famous before?

Nah not really.  I used to work at a concert place during the summer between semesters in college.  I saw a lot of famous people close-up but I didn't meet them.

36. Are you multitasking right now?

 

No.  Totally slacking.

37. Have you ever been to disneyland or world?

 

Yes when I was 16.

38. Do you have a favorite cartoon character?

 

I am honestly not a fan of cartoons of any kind.  But I do like a couple characters from things Violet watches: Gary from SB because he is so darn cute and Ponyo from the movie, Ponyo.

39. Last thing you cooked?

 

Pasta for Violet's lunch.  She won't eat the standard sandwich so I have to be creative.

40. Do you e-mail?

 

Yes.  All day long.  It is a big part of communication in my job.

41. Do you wish you could move?

 

Yes.  Somewhere new and exciting.

42. What is your dream car?

 

I wouldn't mind driving a BMW X5. 

43. Have you ever wanted someone you cant have?

 

Ha. Of course. 

44. If you could be anywhere right now where would it be?

 

At the beach, looking for hermit crabs with V-spot.

45. Are you happy?

 

Sometimes yes and sometimes hell no.
