Thursday

I've been busy in the kitchen.

I am getting ready to add health back to my diet.

 
I made some nut-based sour cream for tarts and onion spread.
 
I marinated red pepper, asparagus, cherry tomatoes and green onion for tart toppings.
 
Then I whipped up some pine nut cheese spread.
