Violet Days

The days are going by quickly and we are inching closer and closer to Violet starting school.  I would be lying if I said I was excited about her going back because quite honestly, I am going to miss her so much.  I treasure all of these summer days and I wish they could last forever!

On Saturday we met with Violet's Grammy and Grampy for dinner!  Grampy gave us some money to visit Violet's favorite arcade!  (thank you grampy!!) This game above is our best and most favorite arcade game of all.  Nothin' like teaching my little one how to gamble!

She loves the ride that goes really fast in a circle, then reverses and goes fast backwards.  Yikes!  I sit out for this one.

Below is a short video I took of Violet playing Skiball.  She is getting really good at it now!  

Last night Violet really, really wanted to have a tea party.  I actually wanted to make it a special occasion and wait to do it at a real picnic outside sometime... but I said, what the heck, and we had ourselves an indoor tea party!  It was really fun and cute and Mr. Owen Kitty was able to join us too.

All of our guests seemed to be pleased with our party.
