Wednesday

 My diet has been pretty darn awesome lately.

I could definitely still use more greens and green juice.

I am proud of myself for staying away from junk food even when the temptation is soooo strong.

Here are some recent eats:

A veggie feast from the grill.

Hummus, baby cucumber and green leaf wraps.

More bunny spice shake.

I've wanted to start exercising my body more too but haven't quite made it happen yet.

I've honestly been watching a lot of television and doing things at home, avoiding my workout DVD's and declining invites to walk or run outside.

Just like anything else that comes to me at the right time, I am anxious for a spin in motivation so I can be on my way again.
