Ouch!

I had a dentist appointment today, and my mouth hurts.

I'm having cramps...hopefully TOM is coming, since it was MIA the month of July.

I have a headache.

And this mornings weigh in had me at 167 for a 0 pound loss, yet again this week. Ouch!

That's all I've got for today folks.
Sorry for the painful post ;)

A nap and some medicine will do me some good.
