On July 24th (my birthday), my brother Casey went missing, while water rafting, with my brother Ben. The next morning, rescue divers found his body in the river.
It has been a long, emotional week for my family and I.
And I have of course turned to food for comfort...
Which is okay. My diet will be there, after I get through these crazy couple of weeks.
